With the development of rail transit,the urban transportation system has been constantly improved.As a new type of rail transit introduced in China,Automated People Mover System(APM),which have rubber guide wheels,has been gradually applied to the transportation system in the city center from the airport line.APM vehicles have good terrain adaptability and small radius curve passing capability.Moreover,because of the different structures of APM vehicles and traditional rail track locomotives,the influence law of operating line parameters on the dynamic response of the two types of vehicles is also inconsistent.The research on the APM system in China is still in the initial stage,therefore there is no set of specific standards for the design of relevant parameters of the operating line.In this paper,a set of appropriate line parameters was summarized and proposed,which was based on the influence of the parameters of the horizontal and vertical sections of the line on the vehicle dynamic performance.The result not only fills the gaps in the relevant research field in China but also has important significance for promoting the localization process of the APM system.The parameters of the horizontal and vertical sections of the operating line were taken as the research object to explore its influence on the APM vehicle passing through the small radius curve.The specific research work is as follows:(1)The CX-100 APM vehicle,which has been used in the Capital International Airport and Guangzhou Pearl River New City,was selected as the research model.What's more,the relevant parameters of CX-100 were determined through literature review and data collection.Then the structure and operating mechanism of CX-100 were analyzed to determine the topological configuration of the vehicle.And for the type of the operating line,it was determined by combing the structure and arrangement of the running rail and the guide rail.On the basis of the above work,the vehicle and track dynamic model was finally developed based on the principle of multi-body dynamics(2)Organized and analyzed the design and calculation methods of rail transit lines from a static perspective.In addition,sorted out the various limit values in the current rail transit regulations.After that,combined with the corresponding principles and formulas,the relevant parameters of the APM system line,such as superelevation,length of the transition curve,the radius of circular curve and radius,were calculated.At last,a preliminary APM vehicle dynamics evaluation system was established based on the existing dynamics evaluation indexes and limits.(3)Simulated the vehicle and track dynamics model under the different working conditions.According to the simulation results,the influence of the parameters of the horizontal and vertical sections of the line on the dynamic response of the APM vehicle was described and summarized.Furthermore,for the APM vehicle,the minimum radius value of the vertical curve under different slopes and the minimum radius value of the horizontal curve were proposed.(4)Determined the optimal line type of transition curve of the operating line,by analyzing the calculation equations of five shapes of transition curves,establishing the track model,and simulating the influence law of different shapes of transition curves on the dynamic response of vehicles passing through the curve.In this paper,there are 182 figures,40 tables,66 references.
