Abstract/Summary:
China’s aerospace technology is in a rapid development process,rocket launches are becoming more and more frequent,and the reliability requirements of rockets are becoming higher and higher.The rocket engine is an important factor to ensure the successful launch of the rocket.The bellows plays a more important control role in the rocket engine,and its performance is very important for the normal operation of the rocket engine.Due to the complexity of the bellows forming and other issues,the bellows will have abnormal damping forces,which will cause the bellows to be stuck and other abnormalities during movement.At present,there is no professional equipment for the detection of the axial rigidity of the bellows,which is mainly carried out manually.The efficiency of the detection process is low,and the result will also introduce a large human error,which does not meet the standardization requirements.Therefore,it is necessary to design a set of system equipment that can automatically measure and analyze the axial stiffness of the bellows to make up for the shortcomings of the current detection methods.Based on the simulation of the mechanical properties of the bellows,the technical requirements and overall technical solutions of the detection system are determined,and the structural design of the bellows rigidity detection system is designed according to the structural form of the bellows,in which the servo motor provides the loading force,And choose the ball screw for one-dimensional transmission,at the same time,the sensor layout design and clamping mechanism design.Based on the STM32 chip,complete the construction of the control system,take the AD7606 as the core of the data acquisition module,and design related auxiliary function modules,and finally complete the control system hardware construction and related program algorithm design.Based on the serial port communication,the software development of the bellows stiffness detection system is completed.Touch control is based on the design of Visual TFT software,the design of the host computer software is based on the MFC platform,and design related communication protocols and hardware systems for command and data transmission.In order to eliminate noise interference,the largest program restores the real signal,designing relevant data filt ering algorithms,and at the same time based on Access database and ADO technology to realize the management of experimental information.Calibrate the displacement sensor,and verify the accuracy of the developed bellows rigidity detection system through multiple tests to ensure that the detection system can meet the requirements.Aiming at the stiffness characteristics of bellows,design relevant evaluation indexes,give quantitative judgment standards for the test results,and conduct a large number of experiments on the corrugated tube test pieces,combined with each evaluation index,to judge whether the bellows are qualified.The bellows rigidity detection system can realize touch screen control and host computer control.It has a more flexible control method,which can efficiently and accurately detect the bellows,make up for the shortcomings of traditional detection methods,and effectively improve the work efficiency.
