Abstract/Summary:
The straightening machine is a bending straightening device after heat treatment of the shaft parts.At present,the automatic straightening machine is a cutting-edge product that is interdisciplinary in electromechanical,hydraulic,computer and other disciplines.The equipment has excellent technical characteristics and is concentrated in the aspects of high measurement accuracy,fast production speed and strong product adaptability.Straightening is an indispensable process after the machining process of the gear shaft.Therefore,various countries have begun to invest a lot of manpower and resources to study the technology of the straightening machine and the structure of the straightening machine.However,China started slowly.At present,the straightening machine only realizes automation,but it also needs to optimize the analysis of the machine from the structure,so that it can improve the working efficiency,measurement accuracy and light weight.The research object is a new type of parallel type automatic shaft straightener.The main body of the automatic straightener is mostly made of carbon steel Q235,and some parts are made of structural steel.The overall body size is 2200 × 2000 × 740 mm.The advantages of the new type of parallel type automatic shaft straightener are large span,large working load,high measurement accuracy,small motion inertia and stable structure.However,due to the heavy fuselage,the high cost of manufacturing and transportation,it is necessary to carry out structural analysis to ensure that the straightener can operate stably under the premise of meeting the structural stiffness and strength.The article first uses Solidworks 3D software to simplify the entity model,and then use the Solidworks 3D software and Ansys15.0 software.The drawn 3D solid model is imported into the Ansysworkbench finite element simulation software,and then the model of the straightening machine body frame structure is simplified.After the model is completed,the static and dynamic finite element analysis and processing are performed.Through the static finite element analysis,the straightening machine can reduce the quality and size of its parts under the premise of satisfying the structural rigidity and strength,thereby reducing its material cost and transportation cost.Through the dynamic analysis of the straight body structure frame,ie modal analysis,the weak links in the structure are obtained and the static analysis is verified by modal analysis,and finally the optimization scheme is obtained.According to the optimized 3D model modeling analysis of the straightening machine body after optimization,the calculation results show that the quality of the straightening machine body mechanism after optimization is reduced by 16.7%,and the maximum stress of the four bolts with the highest force is reduced.52.2%,and the overall straightening machine’s fuselage still meets its stiffness and strength requirements.Figure 47;Table 10;Reference 48...
