Electrostatic gyroscope(ESG)is the most practical gyroscope with the highest accuracy.Solid spherical rotor is the most critical component of ESG.The structural accuracy of solid spherical rotor has a very important influence on the overall accuracy of ESG.In order to improve the structural accuracy of solid spherical rotor of ESG,it is necessary to study the grinding process,the selection of the internal structure of spherical rotor and the processing and assembly of the internal structure of spherical rotor.The grinding equipment of solid ball rotor of ESG is a four-axis ball grinder,which can process a standard sphere of 10 mm with an accuracy of 0.05 ?m and a surface roughness of less than Ra0.01 ?m.The selection of internal structure of ESG solid ball rotor is to use the principle of coordinate transformation in higher mechanism to calculate the moment of inertia error of common structure.The results show that the error of ball rotor embedded with three parallel tantalum wires is smaller and the precision is higher.The processing of the three holes on the solid ball rotor is laser drilling,and the processing equipment is picosecond laser with four axis precision processing platform.The four axis precision machining platform is designed by NX10.0,which can realize the precision movement of X,Y and Z axes and the rotation of Z axis.The machining position can be located by inputting coordinate.This method of machining hole can realize the position accuracy of hole within 0.5 ?m,thus ensuring the position accuracy of inertia spindle.The assembly method of solid ball rotor and tantalum wire is based on the combination of four-axis precision machining platform and six-dimensional force sensor.This method not only ensures the assembly accuracy of the hole shaft,but also improves the machining efficiency.Through the process design in the manufacturing process of solid spherical rotor of electrostatic gyroscope,the manufacturing precision of solid spherical rotor is improved,and the precision of electrostatic gyroscope is guaranteed and improved.It has a guiding role in the manufacturing of solid spherical rotor of electrostatic gyroscope.Figure 39;Table 8;Reference 55...
