Evaluation Of Disaster Prevention Toughness Of Urban Lifeline Project

In recent years,with the fast development of urban infrastructure construction in China,It is necessary to carry out the evaluation research on the disaster prevention resilience of urban lifeline project,strive to improve the weak link of the current construction of disaster prevention resilience of urban lifeline project,and promote the steady development of urban economy and society,enhance the city’s ability to withstand the damage caused by natural disasters such as earthquakes.On the basis of summarizing the relevant research of disaster resilience of urban lifeline engineering at home and abroad.According to the general principles of disaster resilience evaluation of urban lifeline engineering and the principles of building evaluation index system,the evaluation index system of disaster prevention toughness of urban lifeline engineering was constructed,which took 6 subsystems of urban lifeline engineering,as the criteria layer and 23 evaluation indexes as the index layer.In the principle of considering the advantages and disadvantages of various weight calculation methods,the comprehensive weight of the criteria layer and evaluation index layer was determined by establishing the hierarchical structure model and constructing the judgment matrix,and the consistency test was carried out,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation result was taken as the real expected output value.The evaluation model of disaster resilience of urban lifeline engineering was established based on the theory of BP neural network.Finally,taking the lifeline project of city as an example,the effectiveness and practicability of the evaluation model of disaster prevention toughness of lifeline project based on BP neural network theory were verified.Through the research on the evaluation of the disaster prevention toughness of urban lifeline engineering,we can further expand the theoretical research perspective of the resilience of urban lifeline project,and take active and effective measures to gradually improve the toughness of urban lifeline project.Figure 7;Table 16;Reference 49...
