Lifeline engineering system plays an important role on the seismic safety of thecity.It is an important part of the city, therefore, it’s meaningful to take a seismicvulnerability analysis.Lifeline engineering system including water supply, gas supply system, trafficsystem, power supply system, fire control system, etc.In this paper,taking ningdefor example, the Urban seismic vulnerability is analyzed. The construction isevaluated by the SAP finite element software.The seismic reliability of its watersupply network and gas pipeline network is analyzed and researched by thesimplified algorithm of Sine—wave input and Monte Carlo. The seismic reliabilityof the Urban Transportation System is analyzed by calculate the passingprobability of the road segment element and the bridges. The seismic reliability ofits Electric power systems is analyzed by setting a analysis models.Under the action of earthquake fortification intensity, the Urban seismicvulnerability is analyzed.We can get the follow conclusions:The seismic capacityof brick structures is relatively weak, and the reinforce concrete is better; Thewater supply network and gas pipeline network also can guarantee the normaloperation of the city; The Urban Transportation System can guarantee thetransportation of materials,as well as normao traffic operational capabitlities;Thenormal power supply after the earthquake were not affected.The analysis of The seismic reliability of the Lifeline engineering system canimprove the hazardous prevention of the urban.
