With the rapid development of industrialization and the popularity of private cars,the performance safety of vehicles has become the goal of people.The engine is the most critical part of the automobile.The quality of the engine plays a decisive role in the overall quality of the automobile,while the tightness of the cylinder block plays a decisive role in the quality of the engine,thus affecting the overall safety of the automobile.In the whole engine cylinder body coating system,camera calibration is also a key part of the engine coating system,which can be achieved by calibrating the camera.The image distortion is eliminated,and then the detection of glue line is more accurate.This paper designs and studies the camera calibration method in the automotive engine cylinder body gluing detection system based on process safety.The stability and accuracy of camera calibration are the key links for the successful application of machine vision system in the field of automation production.This paper mainly studies the related content of camera calibration.First of all,two algorithms of corner detection based on gray image are introduced: classic susan algorithm and Harris algorithm.Through the comparison of experiments,the algorithm suitable for corner detection in this paper is selected.Secondly,for the corner extraction of the calibration template used in camera calibration,the Harris algorithm is mainly studied and optimized.First,the initial corner of the image is filtered by fast algorithm,and then the filtered corner is filtered twice by Harris adaptive threshold method,and the sub-pixel level can be obtained by iterative operation with the corner of the secondary filter as the initial value.Corner,the experimental results show that the speed and efficiency of the optimized Harris algorithm are improved.Finally,in order to verify that the algorithm in this paper is helpful to improve the calibration accuracy of the camera,this paper uses the calibration method based on the moving plane template to calibrate the camera.Firstly,heikkila model is used to calculate the radial distortion coefficient and tangential distortion coefficient of the camera,and then LM algorithm is used to optimize the solution parameters to get the final solution.The calibration results of this paper are combined with the calibration of MATLAB calibration toolbox.The results show that the method in this paper is more accurate.After the calibration experiment,this paper carries on the experiment to test the gluing quality of the test glued parts under the laboratory condition.The experimental results show that the gluing test software can accurately detect whether the gluing line of the test parts is,whether there is broken glue or wide glue.
