| According to the fast developed manufacturing technology and automobile high performance requirement, the glue technology is widely used in automobile industry. The industry glue can enhance the strength of the car, anti-rush and reduce the noise. It can dress the car as well. Sometimes it can be used to replace the spot welding and other technologies which simplify the production process and optimize the production structure are its function.Car body manufacturing is one of the most important 4 processes for automobile industry, and glue technology is widely applied in body shop, it's enhance the car body strength, hardness, anti-rush ability, tightness, cushioning ability and so on. And according to the people have more requirements for the lighter body and synthetically ability, glue technology has much more applied in body manufacturing process. The newest AIK glue technology is equipped in the B company body shop project, this world wide advanced technology can make sure the high glue quality and working efficiency. During the new production line commissioning, glue application encounter some difficult point, most of them involved process planning, product quality, customer complain and process monitoring. This thesis focus on how to research the problem and find the good solving method, in the process of dealing with problem find the root reason and efficiency count measure and conclude the management mode from the human\machine\method\material\environment direction for accumulate the valuable glue commission experience in the new production line. |
