Geothermal resources have the advantages of inexhaustible use and small impact on the environment,and have quickly become the focus of attention and development of various countries.Geothermal resource heat transfer asphalt pavement automatic snow melting and deicing technology is a kind of heat utilization of geothermal resources,which has the advantage of huge heat collection area.The heat conduction pipe is laid in the asphalt pavement,and the heat energy in the pavement is collected and utilized through the heat exchange medium.It is of great significance to regulate the service temperature of asphalt pavement and alleviate the current tense energy situation.In view of the fact that the previous research mainly focused on its functional research and analysis of the factors affecting the heat collection performance of the pavement,and the lack of understanding of the changes in the performance of the asphalt pavement caused by heat transfer pipes,this paper carried out the number of freeze-thaw cycles Research on the influence of asphalt concrete bonding performance and heat transfer pipelines on the road performance of asphalt concrete has explored ways to improve its interface bonding performance.First,the results of the research on the thermal conductivity of the embedded GX thermal conductive element asphalt mixture show that 50% and 100 mm away from the GX thermal conductive element can quickly reach about 93% of the temperature of the constant temperature water,and the temperature can be continuously maintained during the cycle without falling;Secondly,the results of rutting experiments show that the embedding of heat-conducting pipes will reduce the high-temperature stability of asphalt concrete.The low-temperature three-point bending test can find that the deflection after embedding the heat-conducting pipes is reduced by 40.8%,and the maximum damage load is reduced to 83.7 in comparison %.The embedding of the heat-conducting tube reduces the bending strength of the trabecular beam,increases the bending stiffness modulus,reduces the maximum bending strain,and causes cracking when the bending strength exceeds the maximum value under the applied external force;fatigue test results It indicates that the stiffness modulus of the embedded GX thermal conductive element asphalt mixture is reduced,the number of loadings is reduced,and the fatigue life is significantly reduced;Finally,the effects of pre-embedded GX heat-conducting elements on the high-temperature stability and fatigue performance of asphalt concrete were studied using an accelerated loading test based on a 1/3 scale.The results show that the embedding of GX heat-conducting elements adversely affects the high-temperature stability of asphalt mixtures.The fatigue life of asphalt concrete is significantly reduced. |
