With the development of demand response in the context of power market mechanism,the role of demand response resources in a smart grid has gradually been emphasized.As an emerging market entity,load aggregator can aggregate multiple demand response resources to participate in the power market.However,due to the influence of various uncertain factors,the implementation effect of the demand response project may not be able to meet the expectations,which in turn affects the reliability of the demand response.Therefore,in view of the uncertainty of user resources aggregated by load aggregator,this paper studies the reasonable allocation of energy storage resources to improve the response reliability of load aggregator when participating in the market.As a theoretical basis,this paper first introduces the operation mode of load aggregator participating in the market,and analyzes the uncertainty of demand response from three aspects: influencing factors,characterization means and response measures.In view of the impact of various uncertain factors on the user response behavior in the smart grid environment,a demand response uncertainty model is proposed on the basis of the user demand curve,and based on the interval number of user response deviation,a load aggregator energy storage optimization configuration model is constructed.The Monte Carlo simulation method is used to obtain a reasonable energy storage configuration scheme,and the reliability of demand response is evaluated,which provides a method reference for load aggregator to ensure the response reliability of aggregated resources.Aiming at the optimization problem of user-storage joint scheduling,a response reliability constraint is introduced to establish the energy storage configuration model of load aggregator,to obtain the optimal energy storage configuration scheme that meets the reliability constraint,and to further evaluate the response reliability index of load aggregator,a revenue mechanism of load aggregator associated with response reliability constraint is designed.In the example analysis,based on different confidence of response reliability the energy storage allocation penetration rate,scheduling decision plan,reliability index and economy of the aggregator are compared and analyzed,which provides a reference for the market manager to set reasonable market rules.
