Scroll compressor is widely used in new energy electric vehicles and other fields of refrigeration and power because of its small size and high compression efficiency.Tangential leakage caused by radial clearance of scroll compressor is an important factor affecting its volume efficiency and isentropic efficiency.The radial flexible sealing structure of scroll compressor can effectively reduce the radial clearance to achieve a better sealing effect,and the analysis of the influence of radial flexible sealing structure on the radial clearance has great significance in engineering application to reduce the leakage and improve the working efficiency of compressor.In this paper,through theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and compressor performance experiment,the lubrication flow of radial clearance is analyzed and studied,and the following main research work is carried out.(1)Based on the geometric theory of scroll compressor,the basic structural parameters are obtained and 3d modeling is established.The air force of working chamber and leakage model are analyzed.The radial clearance lubrication model of scroll disc was established based on the hydrodynamic lubrication theory.The Reynolds equation used to solve the numerical model was treated dimensionless and discretized by finite element difference method.The boundary conditions are determined and the solving process was given.(2)The lubrication model was numerically analyzed,taking into account the influence factors of radial flexible sealing structure and compressor speed on radial clearance lubrication flow.The results show that the distribution of oil film pressure in the radial clearance is approximately a continuous paraboloid.The radial clearance increased with the increase of the swing phase angle,and the radial clearance reached the minimum value when the swing phase angle of the flexible sealing structure was41?42°.The maximum oil film pressure increases with the compressor speed,that is,the radial clearance decreases with the increase of the compressor speed.The surface friction increases with the increase of the compressor speed,which indicates that the increase of the compressor speed leads to the increase of the operating power.(3)The refrigeration performance of scroll compressors with different swing phase angles of flexible seal structures are tested.The experimental results show that the cooling capacity and performance coefficient COP of the compressor had large valueswhen the swing phase angle is about 41°,which verify the accuracy of the numerical calculation results.(4)The performance test results of scroll compressor under different rotating speed conditions show that with the increase of the rotating speed of the compressor,the values of refrigerant flow and cooling capacity increase accordingly,and the energy consumption of the compressor shows an increasing trend.The COP value of performance coefficient reaches a peak at the compressor speed of 5000r/min,and then declined.This shows that the friction power consumption increases sharply when the rotational speed of the compressor is higher than 5000r/min.
