Glue coating process is one of the important processes for automobile manufacturing. The process covers a wide area and involves high technical requirements. It has been a long-term research technology of automobile manufacturers. The three-dimensional information detection of colloids is the most important thing in the glue application process, including three-dimensional features such as glue height, glue width,cross-sectional area, and broken glue. The traditional method of manual colloid detection has been eliminated, and the development of a new self-developed colloid automatic real-time detection system is urgently needed.Among many detection methods, the detection method based on line structured light stands out.In the method based on line structured light detection, the miniaturization, convenient movement, and real-time nature of the acquisition system are very important. The use of embedded processors with board-level industrial cameras and lasers to collect colloid image signals can meet the requirements.Aiming at the problems of missing high frame rate and real-time acquisition of colloidal 3D information detection of automotive parts,a set of line structured light 3D detection signal acquisition system is designed in this paper. This system uses the NVIDIA Jeson-TX2 main controller as the core.On the Linux system,it controls the chip PCA9685 through the IIC interface to output four PWM drive lasers, and simultaneously outputs two PWMs to externally trigger two binocular cameras to synchronize the laser and camera trigger. In this way,a four-line structured light acquisition system is realized. The system can simultaneously extract the line structured light center line of two of them by the gray centroid method, and send the center line coordinates to the PC in real time through the Ethernet TCP protocol,so as to control the two cameras in real time to acquire, process,The effect of sending.Tests show that the system is small in size and easy to move, and the centerline speed of processing and transmission of the two cameras can reach up to 411 fps, which provides a strong guarantee for subsequent real-time processing of the PC and has high practical value.
