| At present,in the vehicle R & D and design,The main failure mode of the mechanical components is fatigue failure,So fatigue life has become an important indicator of vehicle durability.This article will be a light truck cab as a research object,based on virtual prototyping,through the establishment of the load spectrum,the post-processing and prediction,the finite element model is established,and the fatigue and durability of the cab structure and the solder joint are solved.The validity of the simulation is verified by the test site durability test to realize the fatigue life prediction.The research links of this paper are as follows: First,according to the actual parameters,the finite element model of the cab is established by Hyper Works,and the finite element analysis of the model is carried out by inertial release method to obtain the unit excitation response of the model.Secondly,the acceleration signal of the upper and lower ends of the cab is collected by the real road test,and then the collected acceleration signal is resampled and filtered by n Code software to obtain the road spectrum signal of the vehicle.Thirdly,the Adams / View software is used to build the multi-body dynamics model of the cab and frame,and the flexible body is needed.The iterative process of the road spectrum signal and the multi-body dynamics model is obtained by the virtual iterative principle,and the load spectrum of the cab and the suspension connection is obtained.Fourthly,the fatigue and durability simulation of the cab is carried out by using the load spectrum and material characteristics.The fatigue life of the cab is predicted according to the simulation results,and the accuracy of the simulation is verified by comparing with the durability of the test vehicle.Then the fatigue cracking of the cab and the solder joint is analyzed to find out the cause of the failure.Based on the above technical process and the results can be explained by the virtual prototype technology and virtual iterative principle of the cab and solder joint fatigue simulation results and the actual vehicle durability test has a high consistency,so the results of this paper for the future performance of the truck Enhance and improve the accumulation of some experience,with a certain degree of practicality. |
