With the rapid development of China's national economy,people's demand for transportation is increasing,steel bridge as an important infrastructure plays an irreplaceable role.In particular,the long-span steel arch bridge is favored by people for its unique structure and beautiful shape,which is widely used in the construction of highway transportation infrastructure.In the construction of long-span steel structure arch bridge,the in-depth design,welding technology and anti-corrosion technology before prefabrication mainly affect the construction quality of steel structure arch bridge.How to choose reasonable construction technology to ensure the quality of long-span steel structure arch bridge is worth discussing.Aiming at the application of steel structure arch bridge construction technology,this paper analyzes the quality control of three processing processes,namely,deepening design,welding and anti-corrosion of large-span steel structure arch bridge.Based on the factory production of prefabricated parts of Qingjiang steel box arch bridge as the engineering background,through combing the construction technology of long-span steel arch bridge at home and abroad in recent years,the whole production process investigation and data collection,simulation analysis,expert review and other methods are adopted,and three core construction technologies,namely,deepening design,welding technology and anti-corrosion technology,are systematically studied Construction technology application of span steel structure arch bridge.Through the simulation of BIM Technology for key and complex prefabricated parts before processing,the accurate size of the parts is determined,which avoids the limitation of assembly space,and guides the subsequent processing and production;through the selection of reasonable processing technology,the welding deformation is controlled in a reasonable range to ensure the through hole rate of the whole bridge splicing plate;through the application of heavy anti-corrosion technology,the anti-corrosion operation of the inner wall of prefabricated parts is realized And the reliability of the whole bridge anti-corrosion system.The paper has 54 pictures,15 tables and 54 references.
