With the rapid development of gas monitoring Internet of things and cloud computing technology,more and more gas companies hope to have a total solution for gas companies and customer information inquiry.Since the gas company installs a large number of RTU acquisition devices at the city gas gate station,it is very difficult to provide users and managers with the addition and deletion of RTU data and centralized integration of user feedback information query.Therefore,a complete framework should be built to overcome the drawbacks and improve the information level of gas companies.The purpose of this thesis is build a gas monitoring and control cloud platform based on Node.js Web development.Firstly,the demand analysis of the cloud platform is determined,and the requirements of the cloud platform function and performance are summarized,the cloud platform is divided into several functional modules such as map overview,abnormal alarm,user feedback,report summary and system management based on the requirements and access rights of users.Then,the implementation process of the cloud platform was introduced based on the MVC development model,the system employed Atom as the development platform,used the Node.js Express framework for Web server design,combined My SQL database for RESTful API design,and applied the j Query,Bootstrap and other front-end development frameworks to implement the cloud platform,the login module and five functional modules are designed to realize the functions for RTU geographic information and basic information display,RTU real-time data display,RTU monitoring video viewing,user feedback information query,RTU abnormal alarm information query,user information query,RTU area and type information query,real-time report query,historical report query and periodic report query,integrating in one information management system,the systemwas deployed to the cloud,resulting in reading easily for users,viewing for the system administrators and improving the satisfaction of users and the benefits of companies.Finally,tests in function,pressure and subscription data on the cloud platform were conducted to ensure the stability of the cloud platform.The system completed in this thesis can establish an effective city gas monitoring Internet of things system,achieving the remote management,safety management and control,improving the operational efficiency of gas companies,enhancing the information level of gas companies,reducing gas safety incidents,and promoting the development of intelligent gas industry.
