With the deepening reform of the power market reform,it has been broken for the monopoly situation of the power industry,and the power market will become an inevitable trend.A new type of power grid,namely the micro-grid,has begun to be established and developed rapidly,relying on its many advantages such as cleanness,less pollution,low cost,and reproducibility.As a small-scale power system,in addition to utilizing the environmental benefits brought by locally available renewable energy sources,microgrids can also reduce transmission and distribution losses due to the short physical distance between distributed power sources and loads,which have been widely used in recent years.Microgrids can buy and sell electricity in the electricity market platform to obtain electricity sales revenue or meet electricity purchase needs,thereby achieving a reasonable flow of internal electricity.Aiming at the characteristics of real-time bidding,distribution,and layering of microgrids,the multi-agent system has the characteristics of autonomy,cooperation,and groupness,and can be well applied to the microgrid power market.In this paper,the microgrid electricity market transactions are researched in depth for the power generation and consumption,which combines game theory and rolling optimization to optimize microgrid power market transactions and internal energy dispatching.And the bidding optimization process for microgrids based on multi-agent system is realized through the JADE platform.The main achievements in this paper are as follows:A multi-agent based game model of double-layer micro grid power market is established,and the simulation platform of multi-layer micro grid power market transaction is realized with jade platform;An improved clearing mechanism of electricity market is proposed,which reduces the fluctuation of electricity price and guarantees the stability of electricity market;This paper designs a double-layer bidding optimization model of power market transaction for microgrids,which improves the internal energy utilization of microgrid,and reduces the impact of power fluctuation caused by uncertain variables in microgrid by combining the rolling optimization and opportunity constraint model.
