| The underground comprehensive pipe gallery is an essential part of urban development.In order to better manage the power equipment in the corridor,the fault diagnosis of the power equipment is particularly important.Because the structural environment in the pipe gallery is very complicated,once the power equipment fails,the traditional fault diagnosis requires a lot of time and effort.Therefore,the rapid diagnosis and control of power equipment faults has become one of the key issues in the research of underground comprehensive pipe corridors.The fault diagnosis system of underground integrated pipe gallery power equipment is proposed in this paper.An improved BP neural network algorithm is adopted in this system.In addition,the upper computer uses LabVIEW software and touch screen to monitor,and the lower computer uses Siemens PLC S7-300 to control the system.The first aspect is the hardware: using Siemens PLC S7-300 equipment,through the control of temperature sensors and so on,the lower computer system is formed.The second aspect is software: the host computer uses LabVIEW to display the values of transmission line temperature,transmission line status,transformer status,and generator status.So as to achieve the role of monitoring faults.Moreover,the lower computer uses SIMATIC Step7 Version5.5 programming software to realize temperature control of transmission line,transformer state control,generator state control and so on.The third is the algorithm,the collected data is screened and calculated based on the improved BP neural network algorithm.This algorithm can improve the speed and accuracy of the entire system.Fourth,the man-machine operation interface.The MCGS software is used to realize the programming design of Siemens touch screen TP700.This further improves the convenience of the system.Once the set fault value is exceeded,an alarm can be issued in time for easy observation.The fifth is system test,complete the function test of the entire system,and improve the problems that occur to achieve the feasibility of the system.By designing the fault diagnosis system of the power equipment in the underground comprehensive pipe gallery,the fault diagnosis of the power equipment in the pipe gallery can be realized.This saves a lot of time,and changes the traditional diagnostic method. |
