As an underground building,the underground comprehensive pipe gallery can fully excavate the underground space of the city,establish the pipe gallery cabin to collect various municipal pipelines such as power and gas,and effectively improve the unreasonable phenomena of "spider web in the air" and "road zipper" in the construction of traditional municipal facilities.However,the pipeline corridor provides convenience for intelligent,tidy and scientific management of municipal pipelines,and also brings about the urgent security problems.The underground pipe gallery is built underground,relatively closed,the pipeline density is large,and the types are mixed.In the long-term operation,along with the pipeline aging,the gas leakage,flammable and explosive,toxic and harmful gas accumulation and the change of environmental temperature and humidity are likely to occur.When the problem occurs,if not found in time,it is likely to cause serious safety accidents such as fire and explosion.Therefore,the environmental safety monitoring research of pipe gallery is of great significance.This paper describes the construction process of pipe gallery at home and abroad and the current research status of the safety monitoring technology of the pipe gallery.The environmental safety monitoring system of the pipe gallery is designed and studied.The next computer of the monitoring system takes STM32 as the main control unit to collect the temperature and humidity,oxygen,methane,carbon monoxide,hydrogen sulfide and liquid level meter sensor data,and MODBUS as the data transmission protocol.The comprehensive evaluation model based on hierarchical fuzzy algorithm is established by MATLAB,and the environmental safety comprehensive evaluation is carried out by analyzing the environmental monitoring data of pipe gallery.The upper computer uses Lab VIEW software to program the monitoring interface,which can realize the functions of processing,displaying,storing and warning of the real-time monitoring data of temperature and humidity,oxygen,methane,carbon monoxide,hydrogen sulfide and liquid level.The environmental safety monitoring system of underground comprehensive pipe gallery designed in this paper uses STM32 single chip microcomputer to collect and transmit the environmental data of the pipe gallery;the comprehensive evaluation model based on the fuzzy hierarchy algorithm makes comprehensive evaluation on the environmental safety of the pipe gallery;the upper computer uses Lab VIEW software to design the monitoring interface friendly,and can monitor the environmental safety of the pipe gallery in real time.Through the system test,the comprehensive pipe gallery environmental safety monitoring system designed in this paper can provide a reliable monitoring system for the comprehensive management and operation of the underground comprehensive pipe gallery environment,and provide a good management platform for the management personnel of the comprehensive pipe gallery,which is practical.
