n recent years,with the rapid development of urban rail construction in China,the number of approved cities and planned lines for urban rail transit construction is increasing day by day.With the gradual networking of urban rail transit,new urban rail transit lines will frequently cross the existing lines.As the national political and cultural center,Beijing has built the first subway in the country.It is expected that by the end of 2019,Beijing's rail transit will reach 699.3km,with dense rail transit network.At the same time,the new lines of Beijing Metro are also expanding.In 2019,there are 17 metro lines under construction in Beijing.Multiple lines need to go through the existing lines and realize transfer.Beijing has a developed economy and a dense population.Urban rail transit construction is dominated by underground projects.Therefore,there are many cases of undercutting existing lines.Undercutting the existing line is characterized by various forms,complex process,various risks and serious consequences.Therefore,according to the research on risk management of urban rail transit undercutting the existing line project in Beijing area,relying on the characteristics and difficulties of Beijing metro line 16 Undercrossing the existing line project,it has reference significance for Beijing area and even Beijing Tianjin Hebei area Undercrossing the existing line project.This paper reviews the research status of risk management at home and abroad,combined with the risk characteristics of the project of undercutting the existing line at Suzhou Street Station of Beijing metro line 16,through three steps of risk identification,risk assessment and risk response,studies the risk management to ensure the structural safety and operation safety of the existing line,mainly including the following work:(1)risk identification: combined with the current situation of Beijing metro line 16 project,Delphi method is used for safety risk identification,and safety risk list is listed.After risk sorting and classification,Risk Breakdown table(RBS)is formed.According to the actual characteristics of the project,through systematic analysis,the project breakdown chart(WBS)is formed,and the rbs-wbs risk matrix is formed with the risk breakdown table(RBS).Finally,the rbs-wbs risk matrix is surveyed by questionnaire,and finally a list of safety risk factors is formed.(2)risk assessment: using the method of expert investigation and analytic hierarchy process,the weight of each level index in the successive level model is determined and sorted,and the importance and influence degree of each risk factor are determined to provide the basis for risk response.(3)risk response.According to 18 risk factors,different response methods are proposed according to their risk level and risk characteristics.Through the above three aspects of research,this paper provides a new management system for the risk of Beijing metro line 16 undercut line 10 project,and also provides a valuable reference for the risk management of other undercut projects.
