Research On The Scheduling Of Station Distribution Personnel In High-speed Railway Online Ordering

With the rapid development of China’s high-speed railway,the railway department has been paying attention to improving the service system while improving the technology in recent years.Among them,the high-speed railway catering has always been a major concern of the public,and its safety,taste,price and other aspects have long been controversial.On July 17,2017,the railway authorities launched the ordering service of G and D bullet train network at 27 major high-speed railway passenger stations in China,including Shanghai,Tianjin,Guangzhou,Nanjing,Hangzhou and Xi’an.However,the launch of a new project will not be perfect.Currently,there are many problems,such as limited choice of merchants,high delivery price,the distribution of personnel scheduling is still a random matching model so that the workload of employees is not balanced.Due to the high timeliness of social catering distribution requirements for the delivery of strict requirements on the delivery personnel,making the network ordering distribution related problems are the most serious,and the order peak period and encountered group ordering will produce a shortage of staff,there is also a need for external staff.Based on the actual business process of ordering food in high-speed railway network,this paper formulates the standard of dispatching personnel scheduling and designs the scheduling algorithm,designs and develops the dispatching personnel scheduling management system in high-speed railway network,aiming at improving the management level of dispatching personnel and the balance of work distribution.First of all,this paper analyzes the existing scheduling methods of food ordering delivery personnel in the existing high-speed railway network,in view of the existing problems in the existing scheduling methods,analyzes the necessity of establishing a more scientific scheduling method.Secondly,with the distribution personnel scheduling workload as balanced as possible as the core,the algorithm flow is designed,and the historical data of January 2019 of Nanjing south railway station is taken as an example for example analysis,and the current scheduling method is compared.Finally,the article analyzes the high-speed rail network order delivery staff scheduling system of different user roles,the actual business requirements,and business process,the technical architecture of the system design,network architecture,the core function module and database structure,and use Java language to develop system,realized the high iron order delivery staff scheduling the actual problem.It is very important for the development of online ordering in China’s high-speed railway online ordering to study the scheduling problem of distribution personnel,so that the workload of distribution personnel can be more equitable and the railway administration can be provided with more efficient management methods.
