With the development of high-speed railways,more and more high-speed railway stations were establelished.A large number of passenger flows were needed to be collect and distribute the high-speed railway station which is a transportation hub station.How to develop public transportation around the high-speed railway station has gradually become an emerging topic.At the same time,as travellers pay more and more attention to the travel experience,diversified travel needs are difficult to be met by conventional buses that lack flexibility.To this end,new bus service products that better meet the travel needs of residents and comply with market rules must be introduced.Based on the above,Express Bus of High-Speed Railway,a new bus service product,were launched by Beijing Public Transport.It is a composite public transport service method between demand-response buses and conventional buses.Higher-quality shuttle services for passenger flows in and out of high-speed railways were provided because its flexible performance.And the problem of insufficient capacity of conventional public transport and rail transit during peak and outage periods can be solved.As its operation is still in the exploration stage,vehicle and crew scheme of Express Bus of High-Speed Railway still scheduled with a traditional operation,resulting in low attendance and increased operating costs.In this context,integrated vehicle and crew scheduling for Express Bus of High-Speed Railway will be studied in this article,which is mainly divided into the following parts:1.The meaning and characteristics of high-speed rail express buses are clarified,and the operational status of Express Bus of High-Speed Railway and the willingness to travel with potential passenger flow are analyzed through survey data,and the existing problems and improvement directions of high-speed rail express buses are studied.2.Based on the analysis results and domestic and foreign literature,the existing demand-responsive bus operation mode and its influencing factors are clarified,and the operation mode of Express Bus of High-Speed Railway is designed.including two-stage scheduling process and the duty type of crew.3.Taking enterprise vehicle,crew and passenger costs and passenger costs as objective functions,according to the two-stage scheduling process and personnel scheduling design,an integrated optimization model of vehicle and crew scheduling of Express Bus of High-Speed Railway are constructed.4.An examples were calculated and analyzed,whose result is compared with the results of traditional methods.Finally,it is concluded that the model can effectively solve the problems of integrated vehicle and crew scheduling of Express Bus of High-Speed Railway.The research in this paper solves the problems integrated vehicle and crew scheduling of Express Bus of High-Speed Railway,which can promote the operation of Express Bus of High-Speed Railway to gradually become regular,improve their service level and attractiveness,and achieve the improvement of the breadth and depth of bus services.
