With the advent of the Internet of Things,a large number of sensors need to be deployed in daily life to monitor the parameters in the environment.In addition,as a new energy harvesting method,nanogenerators are gradually applied to all aspects of our daily life.This thesis proposes a self-powered intelligent sensing system based on a high-efficiency nanogenerator,which integrates the nanogenerator and the sensor together.In this system,the nanogenerator is used as a power supply for the sensor,and the sensor collects the parameters in the environment for monitoring.The main research content of this thesis is arranged as follows:Firstly,this thesis introduces the structure model and working mechanism of high-efficiency nanogenerator in detail.Its innovation is the introduction of a layer of hydrogel as an intermediate layer,which plays a role in storing and transferring charge.At the same time,this thesis explores the model of the high-efficiency nanogenerator and derives its working principle.This thesis analyzes its output performance through corresponding theoretical formulas.In order to verify its"high efficiency",this thesis also conductd experiments on the output performance of high-efficiency nanogenerators,including its open circuit voltage,short circuit current and load characteristics.Compared with traditional nanogenerators,experiments show that the open circuit voltage is increased from 160V to 260V,the short circuit current is increased from 28?A to 90?A,the internal resistance is about 2.5M?,and the power density is up to 78m W/m~2.These experiments show that its output performance has been significantly improved.Secondly,this thesis introduces the overall structure model and working mechanism of the self-powered intelligent sensor system.The whole sensor system mainly includes three parts:energy collection module,energy management module and information transmission module.At the same time,this thesis discusses the application of the entire sensor system,including monitoring of human voice,bearing damage and foreign objects on rails.Experiments show that the sensor system has obvious monitoring effect for these situations,which provides clearer evidence for the landing of the sensor system.
