With the rapid development of science and technology,a large number of emerging technologies such as the Internet of Things have developed rapidly.Billions of sensors in all walks of life are used to obtain information for the Internet of Things,etc.,so as to facilitate the collection,collation,issuance of management instructions,and implementation of emergency measures.Therefore,sensors are digitally produced in many emerging technologies.And key devices and core technologies in an intelligent society.While enjoying the enormous convenience it brings to our lives,the problems of billions of sensors in power consumption and energy supply are increasingly prominent.At present,the battery has become the main method of power supply for the sensor,but due to its limited energy storage and service life,it needs to be replaced and maintained regularly,and the battery has a certain degree of danger in a high-temperature,highly corrosive working environment.Although various types of sensors with low power consumption have been widely used in real life,but the large-scale application of billions of low-power sensors,the total energy consumption is also amazing.The emergence of self-powered sensors has become the general trend.Self-powered sensors are a new type of technology that appears in this environment.Humidity is closely related to our lives and production,and it plays an important role especially in some fields,such as uncontrolled or improper humidity may cause a large number of manufactured products to be unqualified,and may cause tens of millions of yuan in losses.Humidity sensors on the market are emerging in an endless stream,but they cannot work without electricity and require batteries or external power supplies.Therefore,the development of self-powered humidity sensors is extremely necessary and urgent for the development of science and technology and the entire society.In this paper,a self-powered sensing platform based on friction nano-generator and LC oscillator circuit is designed,which can be combined with various capacitive sensors to measure a variety of physical quantities.At the same time,a capacitive humidity sensor with rapid response,simple structure and small volume is prepared by combining polymer materials and interdigitated electrode devices.Replace the capacitor in the LC circuit of the self-powered platform with a humidity sensor.When the inductance is constant,the frequency of the signal generated by the LC circuit is determined by the capacitance of the sensor.The energy generated by the friction nano-generator after special treatment is used to excite the LC oscillation circuit to generate an oscillation signal,The signal frequency contains the sensor information.This forms a self-powered humidity sensing system that can work continuously without external power supply.Here,for the convenience of analyzing the signal,a set of signal acquisition and processing device is designed,and the collected signal is transferred to the upper computer written by LABVIEW in the computer for processing through the hardware control of STM32.The whole system is simple in structure,easy to operate,and self-powered,which is convenient for long-term normal work in a complex and changeable environment.
