Vibration table can carry out vibration test on the product,which can effectively test the reliability of the product.Among them,the stability and performance of the power supply of the shaking table will directly affect the test effect.In small vibration table,digital control technology greatly improves the stability and performance of the system,while in large shaking table,the localization of digital control is still in the research stage.On the basis of previous studies,this paper further studies the digital control system of power supply of large vibration table,aiming at improving its stability and performance,thus improving the effect of vibration test.As the main circuit is composed of three inverter modules in parallel,the multiplexed SPWM technique is chosen to modulate the main circuit.During the modulation process,there will be circulation in the parallel inverter system.Therefore,this paper studies how to suppress this circulation and proposes a current closed loop control strategy using the average current of inverter unit.And the effectiveness of the closed loop control strategy of the inverter unit average current is verified by modeling and simulation of the control system in the MATLAB/Simulink platform.the control system is digitally realized after verification,and the multiplex SPWM and PID are digitally designed respectively.finally,the software and hardware of the system,such as current sampling,temperature detection,LVDS data receiving and digital tube display,are designed and verified,and the prototype experiment of the whole control system is completed to verify the feasibility of the design.After simulation and verification in MATLAB/Simulink platform,it is proved that the closed loop control strategy of the average current of the inverter unit can effectively control the system circulation;the feasibility of both is also confirmed in the verification of the digital design of the control system and the hardware and software design;finally,the overall scheme is verified to be feasible in the prototype test.It is proved that the closed loop control strategy of average current of inverter unit can solve the circulation problem in power supply control system and improve the control effect.The results of this study are applicable to the digital control system of power supply of large shaking table,which provides a new control scheme.
