| High-speed emu has gradually become an important modern vehicle,and its bogie frame,as one of the important bearing parts,plays a decisive role in the train configuration device.The load spectrum of the frame is the basis of establishing the reliability test evaluation standard and design specification of the frame.In order to better compile the load spectrum of the frame and calculate the damage of the load spectrum of the frame,it is of great significance to study the correlation between the load of the frame and the damage of the structure.Based on the China standard emu bogie frame as the research object,based on its comprehensive onishi original day-Yang Qu west section of the test section for dynamic performance test of the proceeds of the measured data,the simulation analysis was carried out on the truck frame,the line test data analysis,correlation analysis and research of injury,damage phase matrix correction etc.The main research work and conclusions are as follows:(1)in accordance with the Japanese industrial standard JIS E4207 "general rules for the design of railway rolling stock--bogie--bogie frame",finite element stress analysis was carried out on the high-speed train frame of Chinese standard emu with a speed of 350 km/h,and the position of large stress on the frame was determined.(2)the sifang China standard emu in comprehensive test section onishi dynamic performance test of the proceeds of the measured data,data processing by using the load/stress-time history,and according to the related Person moment theoretical calculation of load and load correlation coefficient and correlation coefficient of load-stress,analyzes the correlation between them.(3)using the s-n curve,Miner fatigue cumulative damage theory,the calculation of the west China standard the emu structure in the west the measured stress spectrum of damage and damage of the load spectrum,and calculate the different load damage of each measuring point,compared with the ANSYS simulation results found that the measured loads affect the location of the frame to produce larger stress points covering the simulation load affect the produce of large stress points.(4)the load-stress transfer coefficient is used to analyze the structural damage and then four methods are proposed to calculate the phase matrix,aiming to correct the load phases of different measurement points in the damage calculation process.It is proved that the phase matrix modified by the four methods is closer to the measured damagethan the load spectrum damage calculated by the existing methods.The research results of this paper provide a new idea and a new method for compiling the standard frame load general of emu,and have important engineering application significance to the frame bench test and the frame design specification.80 figures,18 tables,58 reference. |
