With the unceasing development and the promotion of science and technology informationization application level of construction profession,the prefabricated building has changed the traditional construction mode.Producing structural components in batches continuously simulating the factory production line,and carrying out on-site assembly and construction through traffic distribution has become a new combination in the construction industry.The key factor that affects the construction progress and cost in prefabricated building is the distribution of prefabricated component materials.For prefabricated construction projects,the whole process of large material production and distribution includes the project progress schedule,material planning,material distribution,material site management,material secondary processing,finished product inversion,lifting and installation of components,casting and forming,etc.The material distribution plays a key role in the cost control of the whole organization process and the construction and production schedule guarantee.Punctual and efficient material delivery can meet the construction progress of large prefabricated buildings,delivery schedule and cost requirements of production enterprises,achieve the basic goal of prefabricated construction,save labor and professional services personnel,reduce the probability of risk and the quality problem,reduce all kinds of man-made management issues,and increase average efficiency.The optimization of material distribution for large prefabricated building is the core problem of improving production efficiency,saving cost,and improving market competitiveness.In this paper,the distribution of main material of the large prefabricated industrial logistics park project is studied.Through the analysis of production status and study status,the key problems to optimize get clear.With the aim of meeting the prefabricated building flow-water construction and saving time,distance and cost,a mixed integer programming model is established,considering departure interval,arrival interval and time window constraints.Then a genetic algorithm is designed to solve the model.Finally a practical case of large prefabricated material distribution is applied to verify the effectiveness of the model and algorithm.Through the proposed optimization model,the constrained points of the distribution process of main material of large prefabricated components can be determined,fund utilization and impact on the construction progress of material and equipment in the process of material distribution are reduced to the hilt,and the high material cost and effects caused by not timely material distribution are greatly reduced.
