With the extension of the high-speed railway network and the substantial increase in the number of trains and equipment on the line,equipment failures and other internal disturbances that affect the driving of the system have become more serious.In the long-distance routing of train operation,the external geographical environment is complex and changeable.The Temporary Speed Restriction(TSR)due to rain,snow strong winds etc.cause huge interference to the normal train operation.In addition,the phenomenon of large-scale delay of the following trains under high-density operating conditions has become increasingly severe because of the strong coupling between trains.Based on the existing research results and the TSR information from Railway Disaster Prevention and Safety Monitoring System,this paper study the issuing timing of TSR,the model and algorithm of train rescheduling under the TSR scenario.The main work is as follows:(1)Analyze the status and development trend of the research on the determination of the TSR issuing timing and the optimization of train rescheduling at home and abroad,and clarify the theoretical significance and application value of this study.(2)Describe the level,impact and speed limit standards of high-speed railway emergencies.The issue process of TSR command and basic measures of train rescheduling are summarized.Based these information,the existing problems of the current TSR issuing timing and rescheduling process are analyzed.(3)Based on the analysis of the TSR equipment of the CTCS-2 train control system,including the setting of the balise and the jurisdiction of the TSR of the train control center,a model for determining the TSR issuing timing is constructed.Through numercial examples,the model can distinguish the trains that need to issue TSR command manually and trains that need to set the TSR command through CTC within a short computation time.For the trains that requires the dispatcher to set TSR command,the proposed model can calculate the time range for issuing TSR.On the premise of ensuring that the emergency braking is not triggered,the dispatcher is provided with the time range for the TSR command.(4)Construct a rescheduling model under TSR based on the blocking time calculation theory under quasi-moving block.The TSR constraints including different time and different areas are introduced to the model innovatively.According to thefunction relationship of TSR time window,train running time and arrival time,we can obtain the trains affected by the TSR.The mixed integer linear programming(MILP)model is constructed with the objective function of shortest delay time of all trains.Finally,this part designed a solution framework improved particle swarm optimization algorithm based on the timeliness of the train rescheduling problem and model characteristics.(5)Analyze the feasibility and superiority of the model by setting different temporary speed limit scenarios and using CPLEX and programming software solutions.Taking the Harbin-Dalian Line as the background,we calculate the total delay time and the train operation diagram after dispatching.The expected rescheduling scheme can ensure that trains pass through the TSR section safely and minimize the delay of trains in the railway network.Compared with the existing research,this thesis determines the issuing time range of the TSR command to ensure that the trains can receive the TSR information timely and accurately.At the same time,the model can also ensure the safe and smooth operation of the trains in the event of natural disasters or abnormal conditions.Based on the variable characteristics of the TSR scenario,the train rescheduling optimization model can reduce the train delay time effectively through considering the calculation of the bocking time.
