In China,high-speed railways have the characteristics of large-scale network operation,high speed,high traffic density and complex transportation organization.In daily train operations,ensuring the safe and efficient operation of trains and providing passengers with convenient,punctual,and high-quality travel services is critical to ensure passenger satisfaction.The train control system shoulders the important task of controlling the running traffic and ensuring the safety and punctuality of all high-speed trains.At present,CTCS-2/CTCS-3 train control system based on quasi-moving block mode is widely used in China’s high-speed railway lines,and the train operation control and train rescheduling process are independently layered.When trains are disturbed in the daily operation,the dispatcher needs to make a new timetable in time and issue the dispatch command.After the driver receives the dispatch command,he drives the train according to the target speed curve.The train operation is largely dependent on the driver’s experience.Therefore,in the event of an emergency or operation disturbance,it is difficult for the dispatcher and the driver to formulate a high-quality dispatch strategy and driving strategy in a relatively short period of time.With the continuous development of satellite positioning technology,5G communication technology,cloud computing and other advanced technologies,the next-generation advanced train control system will no longer rely on fixed block sections and signal aspects to control train operation,and can realize integrated control of moving block and intelligent dispatch.Under the movingblocking system,the coupling between trains and fixed facilities and equipment,and between trains and train operations is strong,and the requirements for the integration of train operation control and train operation scheduling are demanding.Therefore,in order to ensure safe operation and fully tap the maximum potential of automated and digital train control,it is necessary to investigate the train scheduling method based on the technic characteristics of moving blocking signaling.Based on the characteristics of moving-block system,this paper combines the microscopic speed curve calculation with the macroscopic train rescheduling problem,and studies the problem of real time train rescheduling under the condition of total blockage of a segment caused by disruptions during train operation.Firstly,the basic running process Firstly,the basic running process of the train between stations is analyzed,and the speed trajectory of the train running between stations is simplified to be determined by seven running processes and four key speed switching points,then the calculation method of detailed train speed curve aiming at energy saving is proposed and the speed curve is used as the basis for calculating the train headways and the running time between stations;next,based on the traditional blocking time theory,a time-space occupancy model of train operation under moving blocking is constructed,and based on this model,the calculation method of the train headway under different operational scenarios(e.g.,sections and stations)are analyzed.;next,by introducing the space-time-velocity network,the physical nodes of the high-speed railway and the spacetime resources occupied by the train operation are abstracted into a network composed of nodes and various arcs.In addition to the basic flow balance constraint,this paper also considers train departure time,safe tracking intervals,0-1 variable constraints,etc.The train schedule and line conditions in the downward direction of the high-speed railway Jinan West Station-Nanjing South Station is used for the study case,and 7 types of line speed levels and2 interference scenarios are set to test the effectiveness of the proposed train rescheduling model.The optimization solver Gurobi is used to solve the linear integer programming model constructed in this paper.Under the medium scale,the optimal solution can be obtained within a short time(300s)to meet the needs of real-time adjustment.Finally,we obtain the train rescheduling outcomes under different speed grades,and the influence of train speed and train headway on the train rescheduling results is analyzed.In the moving-block-based train rescheduling model proposed in this paper,since the specific speed curve of train operation is considered,the minimum departure interval that two trains need to meet is determined according to the speed curve,so as to ensure the safe tracking of trains at any position between stations,while effectively reducing the impact of interference on train operation.
