With the continuous improvement of people's awareness of environmental protection and the continuous renewal of environmental protection policies,it is particularly important for coal-fired power plants to reduce dust emissions in today's increasingly strict environmental protection requirements.The efficiency of dedusting equipment in coal-fired power plants directly affects whether the emission of pollutants exceeds the standard.In this thesis,the dust removal equipment of Rugao coal-fired thermal power plant is reformed to reduce the dust emission concentration and meet the latest environmental protection requirements.This thesis mainly studies the dust removal mechanism of the existing dust removal equipment,compares and analyzes the dust removal performance effect,advantages and disadvantages of each kind of dust collector,and then selects the appropriate retrofit dust removal scheme according to the actual situation in Rugao coal-fired thermal power plant.Through comparative analysis,it is found that the electric bag compound dust removal technology has advantages which other dust removal schemes do not have in dust removal efficiency,energy saving and maintenance cost after operation.After selecting the scheme,the improvement is made according to the existing problems of the existing electric dust removal equipment,including the renewal and upgrading of the power supply,the corona line,the opening rate of the guide plate,the new cloth bag area and so on.In addition,the air flow simulation is carried out on whether the guide plate has or not and the size of the opening rate.Finally,the dust removal effect of the dust collector after the field transformation is studied,and the data are compared with the data before the transformation,and it is concluded that the dust removal efficiency of the modified bag composite dust collector is high,which meets the requirements of the latest environmental protection emission standard.
