Technology Research On Reform Of Electric Precipitator System In Wulate Power Plant

Facing the increasing soot emission requirement and awareness of environment protection,reducing coal dust emission concentration has become a priority.Among all the equipment in the power plant,dust collector is the most important gas dust removal equipment,so the transformation of improving efficiency of precipitator is particularly necessary.Based on the actual situation of Wulate power plant,this paper studies the retrofitting technology of electric precipitator system,which has engineering application value.Firstly the paper introduces the working principle,classification and performance of the precipitator.Than the principle,advantages and disadvantages of the three commonly used precipitators in the power plant-electrostatic precipitator,bag dust filter and electrostatic fabric filter are analyzed in detail.Combined with the electrostatic precipitator actual situation of the Wulate,three rehabilitation programs are proposed.They are option one: replacing the original ESP control system and changing the power to high-frequency power,option two: transforming the ESP to bag dust filter,option three: transforming the ESP to electrostatic fabric filter.Then the best precipitator transformation program is chosen after comparing the candidate transformation program from soot emissions,transform work,transform cost,operation and maintenance cost.Combined with the electrostatic precipitator actual situation,the rehabilitation measure is given in detail.Finally,the effects of dust of the transformation and energy saving effect are analyzed according to the experiment result before and after transformation.Analysis showes that because of the heads of the electric field replaced by the high-frequency power supply and upgraded by the advanced dust control system,power plant flue gas has meet the latest emission requirements,and can greatly reduce the dust collector power consumption.
