With the rapid development of the civil aviation industry,the contradiction between the growing number of flights and limited ground service facilities has begun to appear,and ground support services have become an important task for the airport.At present,the scheduling of ground service vehicles at most airports in China basically stays at the manual level.This scheduling method relies too much on manual experience,by which the scheduling results obtained are difficult to guarantee and can easily lead to flight delays.This disadvantage is even more apparent during the rush hours of large airports due to tight vehicle resources.Therefore,in order to ensure the normal operation of flights at the rush hours of large airports,it is of great significance to research on modeling of the ferry bus scheduling problem in flight ground services.Aiming at the problem of ferry bus dispatch during the rush hour,this paper analyzes the vehicle service process and the transfer relationship of flight delays affected by the shortage of vehicle resources,and sorts out the optimization direction and model assumptions of the problem.Finally,considering constraints such as vehicle service processes,airport resource allocation,and ground service related restrictions for flight crossings,this paper builds a multi-objective scheduling model to minimize flight delays caused by ferry bus scheduling,minimize vehicle transfer distances,and optimize task equilibrium.The ferry car dispatching process can be divided into into a pre-allocation stage and a dynamic dispatching stage.To solve the constructed model,by comparing the current multi-objective optimization strategies,this paper selects the NSGA-II algorithm,which has a prominent performance in the field of multi-objective optimization,as the main framework,and introduces parameter adaptive strategies and local search strategies with simulated annealing to improve global search capabilities and local search capability,proposing a pre-allocation scheduling algorithm.In the dynamic scheduling stage,a dynamic scheduling algorithm is designed with the help of the tabu search algorithm to deal with the impact of flight changes on the pre-allocation plan.Finally,this paper uses actual data from Kunming Changshui International Airport for a case study.The experimental results show that compared with manual scheduling,the calculation results of the pre-allocation scheduling algorithm are improved on multiple target values and the algorithm shows better algorithm performance than the original algorithm.The dynamic scheduling algorithm can well solve the impact of flight changes,reduce flight delays,reduce vehicle operating costs,and maintain high inheritance of adjacent scheduling plans.
