Intelligent manufacturing is an important starting point for the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry.Its core is to optimize the allocation of production resources on the manufacturing site,thereby enhancing the company’s ability to respond quickly to internal and external changes.Production scheduling technology is one of the important technologies for optimal allocation of production resources.It will effectively allocate various production resources to achieve the purposes of shortening production cycles,improving equipment operating efficiency and reducing costs.The production of hydraulic cylinders is a typical multi-variety,small-batch flexible production method,covering all parts processing and product assembly.The integrated optimized scheduling of production resources from parts processing and assembly is one of the core problems urgently to be solved by this type of enterprise,and plays an important role in the high-quality development of this type of enterprise.In this thesis,the research on the integrated scheduling solution algorithm in the static production environment,and which is extended to the classification of disturbance events in the dynamic production environment,the establishment of the evaluation model and the design of the dynamic scheduling framework,and under this framework,carry out dynamic integrated scheduling research of different disturbance instances.The main contents of the study are as follows:Firstly,the disturbance factors in the production environment of the hydraulic cylinder are analyzed.Study the disturbance factors existing in the general production environment,and summarize the disturbance event table caused by the disturbance factors.The table contains the event classification,source,cause and processing ideas;and use this as a common template for the hydraulic cylinder production environment.The specific disturbance factors are analyzed in detail,the corresponding disturbance event table is summarized,and the impact assessment model of disturbance events is established.Secondly,according to the necessity of integrated scheduling research and the shortcomings of the current integrated scheduling solution method.For the static multiobjective flexible integrated scheduling problem,a multi-objective flexible integrated scheduling model is established,the concept of dynamic process relationship matrix table is introduced,and the improved adaptive NSGA-II algorithm is used to solve the static integrated scheduling problem,and the Pareto optimal solution is solved based on the AHP-FE method to generate the optimal scheduling plan.Thirdly,on the basis of static integrated scheduling research,dynamic integrated scheduling research under multiple disturbance scenarios is carried out.Through the dynamic rolling scheduling technology and the impact assessment study of disturbance events,the integrated scheduling framework for the dynamic manufacturing workshop of flexible hydraulic cylinders is designed;this framework handles the rescheduling problems triggered by multiple disturbance events separately,and the adaptive NSGA-II algorithm is used for scheduling windows.The operation set is rescheduled and optimized.Finally,combined with the actual production of the hydraulic cylinder manufacturing workshop,the configurable MES based on the study by the research group was redesigned and developed a hydraulic cylinder manufacturing workshop scheduling management system,which was tested and applied in cooperative enterprises and achieved good results.
