In recent years, the development of urban rail transit in China is very rapid. With the expansion of road network and the increase of passenger flow, urban rail transit in many cities has entered the stage of network operation. In this context, the growing demand for travel puts forward higher requirements for the service level in flat peak period, especially the transfer connection effect. However, the unbalance distribution of transfer passenger flow and the different forms of route greatly improve the difficulty of transfer connection.Based on this, this paper takes urban rail transit network operation as the background, focusing on the transfer connection optimization of train diagram in flat peak period. The main research contents are as follows:(1)The theory of urban rail transit related to this paper is elaborated in detail, which provides the basic theoretical support for the optimization of train diagram.First of all,the concept, characteristics and elements of train diagram are described to prove its important position in production and life;then, from the perspective of the structure of transfer station, the different forms of the transfer station and the transfer mode are introduced;finally, combined with the original transaction data, the unbalance of the space-time distribution of passenger flow in and out of the station is preliminarily analyzed.(2)The process method of the space-time distribution of passenger flow in urban rail transit network is studied, which provides passenger flow data support for the optimization of train diagram.Firstly, aiming at the connection role of the transfer station in the road network, the A * algorithm based on double-layer network is designed to search top-K-shortest paths;secondly, combining the effective physical paths with the train diagram data, the search of effective space-time paths is discussed;then, referring to the simulation concept,a method of passenger flow assignment considering the congestion of trains is proposed;finally, the case study of Chengdu Metro is carried out,the result shows that the distribution of section passenger flow and transfer passenger flow is unbalanced.(3)Focusing on the transfer connection optimization of urban rail transit train diagram in flat peak period.Firstly,it is found that the train stops with different routing mode will affect the transfer waiting time;secondly, optimizing the train diagram in the flat peak period in the view of transfer connection, and a model with the goal of minimizing the transfer waiting time is proposed;then, the particle swarm optimization algorithm based on simulated annealing(PSO-SA)is designed to solve the problem according to the characteristics of the problem;finally,a case analysis was carried out in conjunction with the Chengdu Metro, and it was concluded that the optimized train diagram can effectively improve the effect of transfer connection during 11:00-15:00,the transfer waiting time of road network has been shortened by 6.55%,a total of 3520483 seconds.(4)System of the transfer connection optimization of urban rail transit train diagram in flat peak period is developed, which improves the applicability.First of all,on the basis of full analysis of the requirements, the system design objectives are described, and the system functions and architecture are designed;then, using the data from Chengdu Metro,3 modules of the system, including basic data management,space-time distribution of passenger flow and train diagram optimization, are realized by using C# programming language, and the functions of each module are introduced in detail.
