Feasibility Study On 220kV External Power Supply Project Of Tuquan Traction Station Of Changxi Railway

Tuquan is a county-level city in southwest of Hinggan League,Inner Mongolia autonomous region.It is situated in the transitional area between Sonnen Plain and Horqin Grassland,bordered by Zhaonan,Jilin Province.Tuquan is close to The Northeast Three Provinces and Jing-Jin-Ji,and the geographical advantage can enhance the demand of freight and passenger year by year.Running through Tuquan is Changxi Railway,and the railway is based on coal transportation;while it is also a regional railway jugging passenger and cargo.The whole railway is about 393.41 km long with 88.11 km in Inner Mongolia.Consequently,Changxi Railway will play an important role in economic development,resources exporting,and cultural exchange for Tuquan.This paper takes Tuquan Changxi Railway traction station 220 KV external power supply project as the research object,considering that the existing power supply can not meet the needs of Tuquan traction station external power supply.This paper studies the feasibility of the project by using the methods of site inspection,qualitative and quantitative analysis,in addition,provides references for the project construction in the future.This paper is divided into five parts.Firstly,combined with the economic development of Tuquan county and the external power supply demand of railway traction station,elaborated the research background,significance,content and method.Secondly,it expounds the connotation of the feasibility study and the research status at home and abroad.Thirdly,carry out project construction program design research.Fourthly,investment analysis and evaluation of the project.Finally,the conclusion of this paper is summarized and the feasibility study suggestions are put forward from the perspective of project management.
