| With the progress of human society and the development of science and technology,a large number of super high-rise buildings have been widely used in various fields of people’s lives,which has increased the beauty of the city and improved the utilization of land resources.Due to the multi-faceted consideration of the building,the over-limit problem has gradually increased.The seismic performance design of this over-limit structure has become particularly important in structural design.This paper analyzes the seismic performance of the structure in combination with an example of construction of an over-limit project in Guangdong.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:1.The project is overrun.The overrun content includes height overrun,2 and 3 floors have penetrating columns,the top 5 floors have a vertical indentation of more than 25%,the effective width of the 2 floor floor is less than 50%,and the area of the opening is greater than 30%.The project overview and design situation are specifically introduced,and the seismic performance target C is determined as its seismic performance target.Using SATWE and MIDAS software comparison calculations and elastic time-history analysis as supplements,it is concluded that the quantitative results under the action of small earthquakes and wind loads do not exceed the limit,and the structure as a whole is in an elastic state,which meets the specifications of "small earthquakes are not bad" Claim.2.Using the finite element software to perform buckling analysis on the layered column and determine the calculated length.The mid-earth stress analysis of the bottom floor was carried out and the results met the requirements.By establishing a comparison model,analyzing the local absorption model,the maximum displacement of the local non-received model,the inter-layer displacement angle,and the floor stiffness ratio,etc,the influence of the upper 5 layers of the structure on the overall structure is evaluated.3.Static elastoplastic analysis and dynamic elastoplastic time history analysis of the structure under rare earthquakes using PKPM static push module and SAUSAGE software.Through the main indicators to judge the seismic response of the structure in rare earthquakes,the performance status of the main vertical members of the structure and the time history of the bottom shear wall are introduced.The damage degree of the main components is evaluated and the strengthening measures are given.The overall structure meets the requirements of the standard "big earthquake does not fall",and can achieve the seismic performance target C. |
