Unmanned ground vehicle technology is one of the hotspots in recent years.It has great significance for social development,national defense construction,and scientific and technological progress.It is a cross-integration of many disciplines such as mechanical engineering,vehicle engineering,computer science and technology,intelligent transportation and artificial intelligence.Safety is paramount for transportation.Any technology must be tested and evaluated before it is put into the market.The traditional test method cannot meet the test requirements of unmanned ground vehicles.Virtual testing has become an important part of unmanned ground vehicle testing.It is an important way to accumulate test mileage of unmanned ground vehicles.Under the SAE-developed unmanned ground vehicle level standard.A virtual test and evaluation method for L2 unmanned ground vehicles based on PreScan was explored in this paper.In this paper,based on the analysis of the ISO and NHTSA test evaluation standards,this paper obtains the evaluation indicators of the adaptive cruise control system and the forward collision warning system.This paper designs the L2 unmanned ground vehicle's test scenarios,and sets up virtual test scenarios based on PreScan.Established the corresponding main vehicle control system in Simulink,and selected the appropriate safe state warning mode for the forward collision warning system and automatic emergency braking system.Finally the adaptive cruise control system,the forward collision warning system and the autonomous emergency braking system were verified and evaluated.The feasibility of the virtual test evaluation method for unmanned ground vehicles based on PreScan is verified by the whole experiment.This method reduces the amount of manpower,material,financial resources and time costs compared with traditional real vehicle testing.The PreScan virtual simulation experimental platform guarantees the authenticity of the experiment and provides a reliable method for subsequent testing.
