The electric braking coordination control strategy research,based on pure electric bus.The system of regenerative braking,mechanical braking,and its control strategy remain unchanged.By add the resistance braking system,to solve the smoothness of electric braking,when the battery charging current is limited,and through the?type brake test.Explain the composition and principle of regenerative braking and resistance braking,both of which are coupled by electric coupling?Explain the composition and principle of regenerative braking and resistance braking,both of which are coupled by electric coupling.Electric drive system,vehicle energy system remain unchanged,on the dynamic bus added with auxiliary braking unit,the brake unit consists of a high-power power braking resistor and a controller.Based on the vehicle electric braking strategy,research the coordination control of regenerative braking and resistance braking.Realize the pure electric bus has a smooth electric braking,when the charging current of battery is changing.And the pure electric bus can through the?type brake test.The pure electric bus simulation model was built in the Cruise software.The parameter setting and signal connection of each part was completed.And the coordination control of regenerative braking and resistance braking was tested by using the simulation environment.According to the simulation results,the resistance braking system was developed.The feasibility of the project is proved by the experiment on the bus.This study provides a theoretical and experimental basis for the commercial application and diffusion of regenerative braking and energy consumption braking applications.
