Pressure reducing valve is one of the important control components in the pneumatic transmission system.It is mainly used in the aerodynamic field,the ground power system,the filling system and the filling system.The main function of the valve is to reduce the pressure of the high pressure gas from the gas source and to maintain the relative stability of the outlet pressure value,and its performance and reliability have a direct impact on the success of the launch task.The stability of the pressure reducing valve is one of the important performance indicators,in which high vibration and high noise is poor stability of the valve,in recent years,the problem of vibration and noise of the valve has also been more and more attention.This paper analyzes the vibration and noise mechanism of the reverse reed valve used in the gas supply system of a series of rockets in the Long March.In this paper,the flow field of the pressure reducing valve is simulated,and the internal flow field of the pressure reducing valve under different working conditions is compared.The pressure fluctuation at the throttling of the valve spool is studied.At the same time,in the post-processing of flow field simulation,the near-sound field of the pressure reducing valve is analyzed and calculated to identify the main noise source of the relief valve at the throttle throttling position.The paper then uses the dynamic grid technology in CFX to simulate the opening process of the pressure reducing valve,obtain the change of the flow field during the opening of the pressure reducing valve,and analyze the gas vibration frequency of the high pressure chamber and the low pressure chamber.Then,the geostrophic coupling analysis of the pressure reducing valve is carried out,and the modal parameters of the moving parts in the pressure reducing valve are obtained.At the same time,the pressure relieving valve is diverted to the fluid pressure,and the influence of the movement of the spool and other parts on the flow field is considered.Based on the steady-state flow field calculation of the pressure reducing valve,the transient flow field of the pressure reducing valve is simulated.The pressure drop of the output pressure reducing valve is introduced into the acoustic software.Then,Simulation of far-field noise.The dynamic mathematical model of pressure reducing valve is established and the dynamic process of opening is obtained by Matlab simulation.The response characteristics of pressure reducing valve are analyzed.At last,the vibration noise and pressure test of the valve bench are compared with the simulation results.
