Different building users have different occupant operating behaviors in the building due to individual differences and environment.This also means that the occupant operating behavior in the building has the characteristics of randomness,complexity,clustering,etc.,and different occupant operating behavior will lead to different building energy use.Therefore,the occupant behavior in the building is one of the important reasons for the performance gap between the actual energy consumption of buildings and the simulation results of energy consumption.Open-plan office is an important type of office building.The occupant operating behavior in the open-plan office has many interrelated influencing factors and the mechanism of influence is complex,which is worthy of further study.This paper takes the hot summer and cold winter area-Nanjing as an example,and selects three open-plan office spaces as research objects.This paper only studies the occupant window operating behavior and occupant air-conditioning operating behavior in the open-plan office.This paper used the questionnaire and field survey to collect the first data of the three research objects.Further analysis found that environmental factors(outdoor temperature),schedule factors(staff work schedule)and equipment factors(interaction between equipment states)are the three main factors affecting the occupant operating behavior of windows and air conditioners.Based on two analysis methods,this paper quantitatively describes the relationship between the occupant window and air-conditionning operating behavior in the open-plan office and influencing factors.Furthermore,based on the quantitative description of occupant window operating behavior and air conditioning operating behavior,the stochastic models of occupant operating behavior was constructed,and the model was verified on the aspects of open-rate,the agreement between the switch curve and the actual test results.Finally,the occupant operating behavior module is embedded into the energy simulation software DeST through programming.After the integration is completed,an investigation test object is taken as an example to analyze its applicability.There are about 60000 words,58 diagrams and 13 illustrations in the thesis.
