Research And Protection Of Modern Residential Buildings In Qingshi Street,Xinjiekou,Nanjing

The modern residential complex of Qingshi Street is located in the prosperous Xinjiekou area of Nanjing,which witnesses the development process of the area and has experienced various important historical nodes.Its special identity deserves attention at present.At the same time,as the only modern residential building in the northeast quadrant of Xinjiekou,it is a group of buildings that only retains the original low-rise and highdensity urban texture in the northeast quadrant of Xinjiekou.Each building itself has the typical characteristics of modern residential buildings in Nanjing.This article relies on the practical project of protection and renovation design of modern residential buildings in Qingshi Street,focusing on its historical research and protection and renovation.Firstly,in the historical dimension,the historical development process of each building and its surrounding texture in the modern residential complex of Qingshi Street is sorted out and summarized,and some protection issues caused by property rights disputes in the historical evolution are provided with ideas;at the same time,from the perspective of architecture,the analysis of each building is carried out,and from the realistic dimension of architectural renovation and protection,the protection and repair of each building are summarized and analyzed.Principles,measures and related design of repair design.The first chapter of this paper is the introduction,which puts forward the background,reasons,research status and research methods.The second chapter is the historical study of the modern residential buildings in Qingshi Street,Xinjiekou,Nanjing.This chapter analyses the relationship between Xinjiekou and its northeast quadrant and the modern residential buildings in Qingshi Street,and combs the evolution process of the surrounding texture of the modern residential buildings in Qingshi Street.Then,according to the time line,the historical evolution of the modern residential complex in Qingshi Street from its completion to the present situation is sorted out,and the protection issues caused by the property rights disputes in the historical evolution are discussed emphatically.The third chapter is the architectural study of the modern residential complex of Qingshi Street in Xinjiekou,Nanjing.From the perspective of architecture,this chapter studies and analyses the various buildings of the modern residential complex of Qingshi Street in terms of residential type,structure and so on,and summarizes them.The fourth chapter is the analysis of the remains of the modern residential buildings in Qingshi Street,Xinjiekou,Nanjing.This chapter combs the status quo of the modern residential buildings in Qingshi Street from three aspects: the general layout,the present architecture and the current structure.The fifth chapter is the value evaluation of modern residential buildings in Qingshi Street.Based on the research and conclusions of previous chapters,this chapter summarizes and elaborates the historical value,architectural value and social value of modern residential buildings in Qingshi Street.The sixth chapter is about the protection and renovation of modern residential buildings in Qingshi Street.In this chapter,the author analyses and discusses the principles and Strategies of the protection and renovation of modern residential buildings in Qingshi Street,and expounds the main contents of the protection and renovation design and relevant renovation practices.Through on-site surveying and investigation,collecting various kinds of historical data through various ways,this paper combs and summarizes the historical evolution,architectural characteristics and the status quo of the modern residential complex in Qingshi Street,and expounds the relevant content of protection and repair design for it.
