Research On The Protection And Development Planning Of The Traditional Village In The Ethnic Village Of Muzuo Tibetan Township

Most of the traditional villages have rich material and intangible cultural heritage,carrying precious historical memory,national and regional cultural information,is an important carrier of Chinese traditional culture and folk culture,but also the spiritual home of the Chinese nation.With the rapid development of urbanization,traditional villages are faced with the problems such as sharp decline in number,over-development,thousands of villages and so on.China has issued a series of policies to protect the existing traditional villages,although the actual results have been seen,but the current situation is still not optimistic,many traditional villages are still facing the risk of disappearance.Therefore,as far as the current economic and political situation is concerned,it is urgent to study the protection and development of traditional villages.This paper takes the ethnic village of Muzuo Tibetan Township in Pingwu County as an example to explore the effective ways to protect and develop the traditional village.This paper first analyzes the related concepts of traditional villages,relevant theories,laws and regulations and practical cases at home and abroad,summarizes the successful experience of protection and development at home and abroad,and gets some inspiration from it.Secondly,it interprets the present situation and misunderstandings of the protection and development of traditional villages,and points out the necessity of protection and development.Finally,taking the national village of Muzuo Tibetan Township in Pingwu County as an example,this paper analyzes the environment of the village area,the location and pattern of the village,the traditional architecture,the elements of the historical environment,the intangible culture and the present situation of the human settlement environment,find out the existing problems,and analyze the causes of these problems,deeply excavate the local historical,cultural and folk characteristics,carry on the value analysis,then according to the present situation analysis,combine with the upper planning,make the protection and development plan from the technical and policy level,protect the overall pattern of the village,traditional architecture,natural ecological space,historical and environmental elements and intangible culture,improve the construction of infrastructure and public service facilities,improve the human settlements environment,integrate resources and develop characteristic industries,restore the vitality of villages,and get rid of the trend of "hollowing".In formulating the protection and development plan for ethnic village,we should integrate the concept of integral protection,combine the village human settlements environment,traditional buildings and the surrounding environment,and develop at the same time,so as to form a holistic protection mode with equal emphasis on protection and development,and strive to protect the material and intangible culture of the village,and the development of the village can meet the needs of the villagers' production and life.At the same time,it provides a reference for the protection and development of other similar ethnic minority traditional villages in our country.
