In order to better study the comfort performance of the vehicle,accurately obtaining the inertia parameters of the vehicle powertrain is an important task in the design of the powertrain suspension system.Whether the design of the inertia parameter is reasonable or not has an important correlation with the comfort level of the vehicle.The development of inertial parameter test rig has attracted the attention of many scholars and engineers.Due to the limitation of the test method,the test stand steel frame structure of the three-line pendulum is generally large,the cost is high,and the debugging is difficult.It is necessary to study the design of the inertia parameter test rig of the vehicle powertrain,the analysis of the support structure and the optimization.This paper studies the existing powertrain inertial parameter test principle and method,according to customer requirements,comparative analysis and selection of parallel three-line pendulum test rig program,test bench design,and make some improvements:?1?Design the bracket and the upper wobble plate to meet the load bearing needs;?2?Optimize and reinforced the hem to meet the maximum load capacity.Strong checking the structure and force of the test rig;Using finite element analysis software to perform finite element analysis of the test rig support,through force analysis,strength analysis,modal analysis and static analysis,finite element under full load condition The analysis results verify that the strength of the test rig meets the test requirements.According to the test principle,the calibration of the test rig parameters is completed by two calibration methods.Substituting the calibrated M0 and L values into the calculation of the small-range output and the theoretical value are analyzed and verified to be valid.Using the combined cuboid test piece,the results of testing the centroid position,moment of inertia and inertia product are compared with the theoretical values in UG.Finally,the measured accuracy of the test engine and powertrain verification test rig meets the design requirements.
