In the past two decades,China's economic development level has continued to improve,as the concept of domestic consumption upgrades continues to gain popularity,and the automotive market shifts from an incremental market to a stock market,consumers' concerns about car purchases are gradually moving from solving problems from scratch to becoming more in line with purchases.Good fuel economy is one of the core demands of car consumers.The research object of this article is an advanced mass-produced SUV developed by our company.In the context of increasingly strict national policies and regulations,in order to further optimize the fuel economy of this SUV,a design of experiment(DOE)The parameters of the powertrain of this SUV were optimized and matched.The main work carried out is as follows:1.This article briefly summarizes the research status of powertrain parameter optimization and matching research in China and abroad,and summarizes the characteristics of powertrain parameter optimization and matching research in China and abroad.The performance evaluation indicators of the vehicle related to power performance and fuel economy are analyzed,and the derivation process of the related indicators is analyzed.2.Apply the simulation software AVL_Cruise to set up various modules including engine,transmission,main reducer,etc.,and set the corresponding parameters to establish a vehicle simulation model for the SUV in the software.After the model is established,the AVL_Cruise software is used to perform simulation calculations on the performance and fuel economy indicators of the SUV to obtain the simulation calculation results.After the vehicle's real vehicle power economy test is completed,the calculation results are compared with the vehicle bench test and road test results to verify whether the vehicle model of the SUV is correctly established and can be used as a powertrain based on parameter optimization and matching work to carry out follow-up work;3.Based on the concept of DOE test design,the existing 4 types of main retarder and 3 types of transmission resources with different speed ratios are matched and combined to obtain 12 combinations.For these 12 combinations,the AVL_Cruise simulation software is used for power.The assembly matching calculation,combined with the comparative analysis set by the vehicle project,and the pre-set dynamic economic performance targets of the vehicle project,identify the combination scheme that meets the performance requirements,and select the optimal scheme as the optimized one.Program.By comparing and analyzing the simulation calculation results before and after optimization,identifying the changes of the main indicators to determine whether the power train parameter optimization matching scheme is correct or not;finally,the assembly that reflects the optimized speed ratio will be installed on the trial vehicle Carry out power economy vehicle test for test verification.The results of the final simulation calculations and vehicle tests reflect the methods and technologies used in this paper to optimize and match the powertrain parameters,with their rationality and effectiveness.Using the methods of this article,designers can achieve early,fast and effective selection of powertrain parameters suitable for the vehicle has a crucial role in shortening the development cycle and reducing development costs.In the current downturn in the automotive industry as a whole,the method in this article can improve the economic benefits of automobile manufacturers,at the same time reduce the fuel cost of consumers' vehicles,and increase the competitiveness of models,both for consumers and automobile manufacturers are of great significance.
