As an important form of effective aggregation and reliable management of distributed energy resources,on the basis of ensuring the security and reliability of distributed energy resources access to power grid,virtual power plants participate in power market competition as a whole,reducing the dispatching pressure of power grid dispatching center and increasing the market competitiveness of distributed energy resources.On the basis of the research on the related theory of virtual power plant and its domestic development status,this paper studies the optimal dispatching and market bidding of virtual power plant from three aspects: the strategy of virtual power plant participating in market bidding,the daily optimal dispatching of virtual power plant,and the power market bidding with virtual power plant.The detailed research contents are as follows:1)Aiming at the problem of virtual power plants participating in market bidding,considering the randomness of distributed energy resources' output,the uncertainty of load users' response as demand-side resources and the uncertainty of electricity price in power market,the optimization objective is to maximize the overall revenue of virtual power plants.And the information gap decision theory is used to deal with the uncertainty of wind power output,demand response and market price.The entropy value of historical fluctuation data of each uncertainty is used to quantify the difference of uncertainty characteristics of each uncertainty.A joint market bidding model of virtual power plant participating in day-ahead market and real-time market is established,thus the virtual power plant participating in joint market bidding is determined.Finally,according to the characteristics of the bidding model of virtual power plants participating in the joint market,reliability and economic indicators are proposed to verify the effectiveness of the bidding strategy of virtual power plants.2)Considering the randomness and fluctuation of the output of uncontrollable units such as wind power and photovoltaic inside the virtual power plant,and the independence of virtual power plants in different regions,this paper studies the problem of optimal dispatching in multi-region virtual power plants based on autonomous decentralizes control.Based on the basic concepts of autonomous decentralized control system and consistency algorithm,the structure model of multi-region virtual power plant is built,and the autonomous decentralized control strategy of multi-region virtual power plant is established.In the day-ahead stage,all the virtual power plants are optimized separately to maximize their own benefits,and their day-ahead output plans are obtained.In the real-time adjustment stage,the power regulation cost is used as a consistent variable to optimize the dispatch of power fluctuations among multi-regional virtual power plants.3)Aiming at the bidding problem of the power market with virtual power plants,considering the influence of the opening of power selling side on the participation of demand side resources in the power market,the bidding of the power market with demand response virtual power plants under the opening of power selling side is studied.Firstly,the process of virtual power plants participating in market bidding considering demand response is studied,and the bidding model of power market with virtual power plants is established.On the basis of optimal dispatch of power generators,sellers and virtual power plants,the bidding model is solved by adaptive learning method and the bidding models are obtained.According to the reported output plan of every units,the power trading center aims to maximize the social benefits of the received information for market clearance.The conclusion shows that the economy of generation companies/ retailing suppliers/ virtual power plant has been improved and the overall electricity demand of the market has been adjusted.At the same time,the liberalization of power supply side is conducive to the participation of demand-side resources in market competition.
