At present,the excessive use of fossil fuels in the world has led to a deteriorating global environment.The development of renewable clean energy such as wind power and photovoltaics is imminent.The cogeneration heat and power microgrid has the advantages of supplying electric energy and heat energy at the same time,using the first energy cascade universities and so on.It has a good prospect in most parts of the north of China.Therefore,this paper introduces phase change heat storage boiler apparatus to consume redundant wind power and bear part of the heat load in cogeneration heat and power microgrid.This paper has developed a strategy of cogeneration heat and power microgrid incorporating phase change heat storage boiler,and conduct research on configuration optimizing in cogeneration heat and power microgrid.The main contents are as follows.First,the advantage of introducing phase change heat storage boiler system into cogeneration heat and power microgird is analyzed.In order to reduce conventional energy consumption and ensure that the new energy consumption 100%,an operation strategy for cogeneration heat and power microgird incorporating phase change heat storage boiler is developed,a mathematical model of microgrid containing wind turbine generator?solar power generation?cogeneration units and energy storing device is set up.Considering operating principles that the phase change heat storage boiler using for building power supply and heating works,potential economic benefits as introducing phase change heat storageboiler in micro-cogeneration grid is also analyzed.Second,a capacity optimization configuration model in micro-cogeneration grid in area with heating season is set up.On the basis of the total cost of equipment investment cost?operation and maintenance cost?fuel consumption cost and the cost of trade with the power grid,a cogeneration heat and power microgrid power capacity optimization allocation model is set up,genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem.In an example analysis using a year as a cycle,Results indicate that introducing phase change heat storage will decrease the quantity of the CHP units and the lead-acid batteries,and increase the capacity of wind turbines and solar power generation,significantly reducing fuel costs and the abandoned wind power,which brings significant economic benefits under the circumstances that system investment remains unchanged.
