Solenoid valve is an important part of many systems,widely used in various industries.Compared with servo valve and proportional valve,the switch solenoid valve control system has the advantages of low cost,reliability,simple structure and insensitivity to pollution.In the automobile industry,the solenoid valve is mainly used for the intelligent control of the electronic brake system,the control of the diesel injection system and the control of the automobile gearbox.In process and nuclear industry,solenoid valve is used for key safety inspection.In addition,the safety valve is usually the most important part of the safety circuit.Therefore,the reliable operation of the solenoid valve is very important.Based on the theory of current method and voltage method,the fault diagnosis method and fault-tolerant control method of single switch in the solenoid valve control system are proposed in this paper.The proposed method is verified by simulation and experiment.(1)Based on the fault diagnosis and fault-tolerant control methods of the solenoid valve control system,the characteristics of the current and voltage of the on/off valve are studied and analyzed.(2)In order to solve the problem that the switch is prone to short circuit fault and the open circuit fault affects the reliable operation of the solenoid,a fault detection and location method based on the current and voltage of the on/off valve is studied.The fault detection is realized by comparing the difference between the actual value and the expected value of the current of the solenoid valve with the set threshold value,and the fault location is carried out by using the instantaneous voltage when the solenoid valve is in fault.This paper analyzes the normal operation of the on/off valve,the operation model after the fault,the judgment of the fault detection flag and the basis of the fault location.(3)In order to solve the problem that the switch of multi-channel solenoid valve control system is prone to short circuit fault and the open circuit fault affects the safety and reliability of solenoid valve,a fault detection and location method of single switch of multi-channel solenoid valve control system based on hysteresis control is proposed.The voltage and current characteristics of the solenoid valve are judged by comparing the actual value of the current with the boundary of the hysteresis control in real time.This paper analyzes the working principle,driving design,fault detection and location conditions of the on/off valve in normal time,and realizes the fault detection and location.(4)Aiming at the safe and reliable operation of solenoid valve control system,based on the study of the fault diagnosis method of the switch in the multi-channel solenoid valve control system and the active fault tolerant control theory,the hardware resources and control complexity of N+1 redundancy scheme and N+N redundancy scheme are compared,and the fault-tolerant control of the multi-channel solenoid valve control system based on N+N redundancy is proposed.(5)The fault diagnosis method and fault tolerant control method are simulated with Matlab/Simulink,and the hardware experiment platform is designed to verify the method.
