The oil rig power system normally by the diesel generator unit of power grid operation,become an independent power system provides power supply for oil drilling system.In order to meet the demand of oil drilling activities,the torque,steering and rotation speed of the motor must be adjusted.Therefore,the more common is the use of DC speed control system SCR or variable frequency speed regulation system VFD to achieve speed regulation,to meet the needs of drilling production activities.The SCR and VFD systems will cause harmonic pollution to the power system.Therefore,the problems of harmonic pollution,high reactive power and low power factor are very serious in the power grid system composed of oil drilling diesel generator sets,and the most direct performance is the large oil consumption.Therefore,how to suppress and compensate reactive power and increase power factor of harmonic in oil drilling rig power system is very practical.This paper is aimed at such problems of oil drilling rig research and design.Firstly,two kinds of speed control mode of different oil rig system of electrical equipment configuration are analyzed,then the device of present kinds of reactive power compensation and harmonic suppression of the advantages and disadvantages,practicability and maneuverability;and combined with the research and application in our country and abroad,the advantages and disadvantages of various measuring device due to oil drilling equipment is the main inductive load,capacitive reactive power compensation,so the TSC thyristor switched capacitor scheme,designed the dynamic reactive power compensation and harmonic suppression device.This design first elaborates on the working principle of dynamic reactive power compensation device,harmonic detection algorithm selection;analyzing the defects of traditional reactive power compensation device,which explains the principle and technical advantages of suppressing TSC dynamic harmonic and reactive power compensation device,the device of the main components of the parameter calculation and selection method of design;the dynamic AT89C52 switching system based on MCU controller,and the sampling point road,filter circuit,amplifier circuit,analog-to-digital conversion circuit and auxiliary circuit are designed;expounds the dynamic zero crossing switching advantages and realization method,and the TSC type harmonic suppression and reactive power compensation device is a key part of the.Zero trigger device for the development of hardware and software.According to the actual operation of the field equipment,the wiring and installation scheme of the device is designed,and the feasibility,practicability and reliability of the device were proved to be very good by field test.
