With the development of urbanization all over the country,the number of high-rise buildings gradually increase,resulting in uneven settlement of buildings.If the D-value between the part of structure and the whole settlement exceeds the limit,it is impossible to meet the requirements of the specification.The foundation forms of piled raft foundation have strong ability to adjust the difference between local and integral settlement and to resist tilt,and gradually becoming one of the commonly used foundation form of high-rise residential projects.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the settlement of pile group and pile raft foundation in various areas.In this paper,the problems such as pile forest and settlement of high-rise buildings,which are badly needed to be solved in the construction of Dongying area in recent years,are discussed.This paper collects and sums up the measured data of the settlement of the high-rise residential projects in Dongying area,and carries out a reasonable prediction,and carries out the research on the calculation model of the pile foundation settlement of the related projects in Dongying.Considering the raft thickness,pile distance,pile length,pile diameter and other parameters,the settlement law of pile group is simulated and analyzed,and the simulation results are compared with the monitoring data.Considering the technical and economic indexes,the method of combining the orthogonal experiment with the software simulation is used to optimize the pile foundation design.First of all,three high-rise residential cases are calculated by three analytical methods of layer-wise summation method,foundation standard method and pile foundation standard method.The calculated values and monitoring values are compared and analyzed,and the calculation model suitable for the settlement of pile group in Dongying area is studied.Secondly,according to the monitoring value of the settlement during the construction,the settlement value after the building is predicted,and the calculation method suitable for the same geological conditions in Dongying area is obtained,which makes the settlement calculation more convenient.Finally,the ANSYS software is used to simulate the pile group model with different pile distance,pile length,raft thickness,pile diameter and other parameters,and the settlement of pile group is analyzed and compared with the monitoring data.At the same time,experimental method of four factors and three levels and the finite element software simulation are combined with the finite element software to obtain the influence degree of the parameters on the settlement,thus the pile foundation is optimized.The research conclusion has a certain guiding role for pile foundation design of high-rise buildings in Dongying area.
