With the development strategy of "The Belt and Road Initiative",the demand for large-scale engineering construction increases.As a new member of the crane family,all-terrain crane combines the feature of rapid transfer of truck cranes and high lifting performance of rough-terrain crane.Therefore,it enjoys high popularity in serval years.Hydraulic cylinders are widely used in all-terrain cranes.The improvement of hydraulic cylinder product performance will lead to a performance enhancement in the all-terrain crane product and enrich the product type.What's more,large-tonnage all-terrain crane development require high performance hydraulic cylinder.In recent years,with the popularity of finite element analysis,finite element analysis is used to guide the hydraulic cylinder design.However,in the process of conventional finite element analysis,modeling is time-consuming and repetitive.As a result,this paper applies the parametric method to the hydraulic cylinder modeling and analysis,which is of great significance to the crane hydraulic cylinder research and subsequent crane performance calculation.At first,this paper expounded the background and significance of the thesis.Also research status of hydraulic cylinder of all-terrain crane at home and abroad was introduced.Secondly,the hydraulic cylinder of all-terrain crane was introduced,and the finite element method was used to calculate hydraulic cylinder of all-terrain crane and the overall stress-strain results and partial structures stress were obtained.What's more,hydraulic cylinders of all-terrain crane were summarized and divided into 12 components to establish a general model of hydraulic cylinder.Through this general model,the parameters of each component were extracted,and the hydraulic cylinder modeling and assembly program was written based on APDL language.An example of vertical cylinder was given to verify its feasibility.At last,the field experiment of hydraulic cylinder was carried out for all-terrain crane,and the test data was obtained.Comparing the test data with the calculation results of the hydraulic cylinder structure parameterization system,it showed that the relative deviation is very small,which verifies the accuracy of the parameterization system.
