As an ecological and environmental-friendly pavement paving material, permeable bricks have obvious effects on reducing urban waterlogging, alleviating urban heat island effects, and maintaining ecological balance due to their characteristics of water permeability, air permeability, and multi-porosity.Replacing the coarse aggregate in the permeable brick with recycled aggregate made from waste construction waste and secondary product steel slag produced from steelmaking, has also achieved the goals of environmental protection and resource recycling. However, the current academic research on the performance of concrete permeable bricks of this environmentally friendly material has not yet reached a consistent conclusion, and the freezing and thawing damage of Jilin Province is severe, and the mechanical properties of concrete permeable bricks and the durability of freeze-thaw Higher performance is also required. Therefore,it is of great significance to study the performance of this environmentally friendly concrete permeable brick. This article relies on the key scientific and technological research project of Jilin Province Science and Technology Department "Research and Application of Ecological Green Pervious Pavement Materials in Frigid Regions" to study the concrete permeable brick materials, determine the basic mix ratio, and analyze the proportion of different steel slag to aggregate and fly ash.And the influence of the proportion of basalt fiber on its performance, the optimal mix ratio is obtained. At the same time, the saturated seepage process of concrete permeable bricks was simulated using fluent software. The feasibility and correctness of the software to simulate the saturated seepage process of concrete permeable bricks were verified, and the seepage processes of two different concrete permeable brick pavement structures were analyzed.,Choose a cushion structure with more percolation speed. The specific work carried out in this article is as follows:(1)The design of the basic mix ratio of the concrete permeable bricks is carried out by using all the test methods. It is determined that the sand ratio in the basic mix ratio is 15% and the water-cement ratio is 45%.(2)The orthogonal design method was adopted, and the orthogonal design table of 3 levels and 3 factors was selected, and the three levels of change of the 3 factors including the volume of steel slag, the proportion of fly ash,and the proportion of basalt fiber were considered. The permeability coefficient, split tensile strength, compressive strength, and strength loss rate of 50 freeze-thaw cycles of concrete permeable bricks were tested. The test results were analyzed for variance and variance.Three factors were studied for the permeable concrete. The rule of influence of performance, and the optimal base mix ratio considering the combination of the above three factors is obtained: 75% of steel slag,25% of recycled aggregate,20% of fly ash,and basalt fiber 3%,its performance can meet the requirements of relevant standards.(3)The fluent software was used to simulate the saturated seepage process of the concrete permeable bricks, and the feasibility and correctness of the software to simulate the saturated seepage process of the concrete permeable bricks were verified, and the concrete permeable brick pavement structure of two different cushions was verified. The saturated seepage simulation was carried out,and it was concluded that the concrete permeable brick pavement structure that is more suitable for Changchun area is permeable brick 6cm + medium sand 10 cm + sand gravel 20 cm + Changchun local soil 50 cm.
